The
company started as a partnership in 1964 under the
name Industrial Offset Press in Caloocan City. It was
originally conceived by two partners who were already
exposed to the printing business - one partner was
a technical man, and the other, a sales agent in a
printing company. Early in the business, the partners
were able to gain confidence of the customers, who
are mostly in the food, drugs and cosmetic industry,
big and small, because of their exposure the industry.
It did not take long for the company to grow until
it was able to buy more machineries and purchase a
one hectare lot in Marikina. However, as the once small
company grew, the partnership was dissolved
in 1974 and one of the partners, Benjamin
Lim, continued operating as a single proprietorship
and retained the business name, Industrial Offset Press.
From then on its clients increased steadily and the
company again changed its form of organization and
was incorporated in 1986. Until now, it has retained
most of its prestigious customers who have been faithfully
patronizing our services. |
